Delete your account (অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন)

You can request deletion of your BillBolo account and associated data at any time.

Delete in the app

If you still have the app installed, you can use the account settings screen to request account deletion.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email hello@billbolo.app with your phone number or account email and we will process your request.

What gets deleted

We will delete your account profile, login information, and user-specific invoice and ledger data where possible. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or audit purposes.

Processing time

Most requests are processed within 7 to 14 days after verification.
